PURPLE FEST 2025, 29 MARCH 2025

The Purple Fest, held on 29th March 2025 at the City Convention Centre, was a heart-warming and inspiring event dedicated to recognizing the talents, creativity, and strength of Persons with Disabilities (PwDs). This one-day celebration brought people from all walks of life—government officials, educators, NGOs, students, and members of the public—together to promote inclusion and accessibility. The aim was simple yet powerful: to build a society where everyone, regardless of their abilities, has the opportunity to grow and thrive.
The program officially began at 10:00 AM with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the honoured guests, symbolizing the start of a meaningful journey toward awareness and acceptance.
